for James' 4th Birthday he of course requested a rocket cake, so here's the results. We think it turned out really nice, and most important - he loved it!
Thank you so much, it was easier than I first thought, I was terrified of the idea of using fondant but it turned out alright. I actually did buttercream under the fondant, they both tasted good, but the buttercream was better (at least the adults thought so) the fondant was the kids favorites as it was soooooo sweet!!
